သင်တန်းသားများရောက်ရှိခြင်း

  • သင်တန်းအိပ်ဆောင်များနှင့်အုပ်စုဖွဲ့ဆွေးနွေးခြင်းအခန်းများကို
    သင်တန်းအစီအစဉ်မစတင်ခင်တစ်ပတ်ကတည်းက
    ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ထားပါသည်။
  • သင်တန်းသားများသည် သင်တန်းမစတင်ခင်
    တစ်ရက်ကြိုတင်ပြီးရောက်ရှိရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီးသင်တန်းကျောင်းမှ
    မြို့နယ်အလိုက် တာဝန်ယူထားသော သင်တန်းနည်းပြများသည်
    လိုအပ်လျှင် ကားကွင်းသို့သွား၍ သင်တန်းသားများကို ကြိုဆိုရမည်။
  • သင်တန်းသားများသည်သင်တန်းကျောင်းသို့ရောက်လျှင်ရောက်ချင်း
    သင်တန်ကျောင်း၏လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ သင်တန်းသားမှတ်ပုံတင်ရမည်။
    သင်တန်းသားများသည် သင်တန်းအိပ်ဆောင်များတွင် အနားယူနိုင်ပါသည်။

သင်တန်းသားမှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်း

  • သင်တန်းသားမှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်း၏ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ သင်တန်းသားများ၏ စိတ်နေစိတ်ထားများကို
    အကဲဖြတ်ရန်အတွက် ဖြစ်သည်။ သင်တန်းသားများသည် သင်တန်းကို တက်ရောက်ချင်သည့်စိတ်
    ရှိ/မရှိ။ သင်တန်းသားများသည် သင်တန်းအစီအစဉ်များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှု ရှိ/မရှိ စသည်တို့ ပါဝင်သည်။
  • သင်တန်းသားမှတ်ပုံခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းပြီးသည့်နောက်တွင် သင်တန်းသားနာမည်ကဒ်ပြားများနှင့်
    သင်တန်းတန်းကာလအတွင်း သင်တန်းသားအသုံးအဆောင်ပစ္စည်းများ သင်တန်းသားတိုင်းအား
    ထောက်ပံ့ပေးပါသည်။
  • သင်တန်းကျောင်း၏သတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့် မကိုက်ညီသော သင်တန်းသားများကို ၄င်းတို့၏နေရပ်သို့
    သင်တန်းကျောင်း၏ အစီအစဉ်ဖြင့် ပြန်လည်ပို့ပေးပါသည်။
Registration

Arrival of Trainees

  • Dormitory and group discussion programs are prepared for trainees during one week before a particular training program is launched.
  • Trainees have to arrive one day ahead of the training program and relevant staffs of AERDTC have to fetch the trainees at the Station if necessary.
  • As soon as trainees get AERDTC, they have to register according to instructions and take a rest at the dormitory

Guidance for convenient stay

  • Guidance for convenient stay consists of rules and regulations of training program and accommodation.
  • Rules and regulations of training program must be followed during training programs and their stay at AERDTC.
  • Trainees are also encouraged to follow rules and regulations relating to taking meals at dining hall as it also play very important role in upgrading village leaders.

  • Baseline survey and completion survey are used to evaluate results of training program objectively.

Introduction to SMU

  • Documentary of Korean Saemaul Movement is shown to the trainees as an introduction to SMU.

Briefing Training Operation Program

  • It is time to deliver assistances to trainees concerning with their difficulties and problems and to provide full explanation if there arise some uncertainties among trainees.
  • In addition, training schedule and ways for presentation are introduced to the trainees.

Farewell and Departure

  • Trainees and members of AERDTC share words of encouragement and wishes at farewell ceremony. Trainees have to recite “Myanmar Saemaul must be successful” for three times.
  • When buses are leaving, members of AERDTC wave at the trainees until they get to the entrance.

Morning Assembly

  • Morning assembly starts from 8am in the morning and it takes about an hour and consists of concentration, trainee’s story and singing inspirational songs.

  • Trainees have to meditate and concentrate for about five minutes on listening to the inspirational passage read out by one of the instructors.

  • Two or three trainees of each training program are invited to share their life story, challenges and difficulties they encounter in SMU project implementation with other trainees.

  • As the last session of morning assembly program, trainees have to sing inspirational songs that motivate them and change their mindset.

Cooperative Games

  • Cooperative games are arranged to raise team spirits among trainees and they let trainees realize the importance of unity and co-operation.
  • Cooperative games are held in evening time and there are 8 types of co-operative games according to types of training program.

Trainee’s Card Registration

  • Trainee card is to be kept for long time so trainees are encouraged to fill in data carefully and correctly. It also describes individual information of the trainees.
  • It is also supportive of management during their stay at AERDTC and is useful for further contact after training programs.

Presentation

  • Before a training program is finished completely, one of the most important sessions of SMU training program is presenting discussions and findings or action plans they prepared i.e. sharing knowledge and experiences they acquired and better ways of project implementation.
  • Presentation is carried out before “Time for Unity” is launched. Outstanding presenters are awarded at the closing ceremony.

  • Trainees have to rehearse singing Myanmar national anthem and recitation of SMU slogan.
  • SMU slogan is “Myanmar Saemaul must succeed.” ( Myanmar Saemaul Aung YaMyi)

  • Practices sessions are launched especially for trainees of Agricultural Leadership Training Program.

  • Depending on the type of training program, filed trips are arranged with respect to locations and availability.

Opening Ceremony

  • Opening ceremony is to show off aims and objectives of a particular training program and it also motivates and encourages trainees so it should be arranged systematically.
  • Agenda of an opening ceremony is accompanied with introduction to distinguished guests, singing national anthem, opening remark by the Principal, and opening remark by representatives of DOA and taking group photo.
  • Opening remakes are different according to training program but basic training program is ideally regarded as a primary remark of all programs.

Letter to Myself

  • One of the features of SMU Training Program is “Self-awareness” and letter to myself is a session in which trainees have to write letter to themselves based on knowledge and experiences they gained during a particular training program and make firm decisions as well.
  • This session is launched one day before a training program is completed and trainees are self-motived at that time as well. Trainees have to write down their addresses on envelopes. AERDTC keep these letters well and send them back after one month.
  • In doing so, trainees can be able to rediscover their long lost ambitions and cultivate SMU spirits as well.

Time for Unity

  • Major purpose of time for unity is to motivate trainees for cultivating team spirits for successful project implementation.
  • Time for unity is held with showing capacity of trainees, lighting candles and singing national anthem and recitation of SMU slogan for making firm decisions.

Evaluation of Training Program

  • At the last day of training program, evaluation session for training program by trainees is launched because subjects delivered are meant to motivate inspiration of trainees.
  • Evaluation by trainees is very invaluable and names of trainees are not to be described.

Closing Ceremony

  • Items conducted in closing ceremony are awarding certificates of completion, delivering words of thanks, warding outstanding trainees, delivering closing speech. In addition, VCDs for training activities are also distributed to trainees.
  • Certificate of completion consists of trainee’s names and numbers. The certificate delivered is officially published with logo of Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation.
  • One of the trainees delivers words of thanks on behalf of all trainees in closing ceremony and it lets him or her feel confidence as well. Closing speech is different from each training program.

Group Discussion and Presentation

  • Group discussion session is launched for sharing knowledge and experiences based on lectures and field trips and for finding better ways of project implementation.
  • Group discussion is held at night and it is very important part of a training program. In other words, SaemaulUndong conveys behaviours and practices and this session is known as “ Flower of SaemaulUndong”.
  • All subjects are very supportive to group discussion and it is also regarded as a very important session and as a priority for all instructors.

Participatory Training (Morning Exercises)

  • Morning exercises start in 6 am in early morning and it takes about 30 minutes. Checking, greeting, singing national anthem, exercising, and walking are components of morning exercise session.
  • In order to check trainees’ health conditions, roll call is launched and morning exercise session lets trainees feel relaxed and energetic for whole day.
